Free return for the first change!
You can return the purchased product for free within 15 days if you want to replace it with another one. For return, let us know by phone at 2105231961
Products must be returned with the SPEEDEX service.
In case you change the product and want a change a second time, the transport charge is 2.15 EURO.
Cancel orders
You can cancel your order by phone (2105231961) or by email (info@limperatos.gr).
An order is not accepted if it has been invoiced and has already been delivered to the courier company.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right within 14 calendar days to return the product you purchased for any reason and request a replacement or refund.
Conditions for refunds
The product must be returned to its original state and packaging, without having all its labels removed.
Products that have been washed or used are not returned.
The new product you have chosen will be shipped after we receive the refund from the customer and after the check on our part that the above conditions apply.
